摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径在接受氩氦刀治疗的肝癌患者中的应用效果。方法:将56例接受氩氦刀治疗的肝癌患者随机分为对照组(n=25)和干预组(n=31),对照组给予常规护理,干预组实施临床护理路径,干预后对两组患者住院时间、住院费用、健康知识评分及医疗服务满意度等进行对比。结果:干预组平均住院时间和平均住院费用显著低于对照组,而健康知识评分及对医疗服务的满意度则显著高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:应用临床护理路径对接受氩氦刀治疗的肝癌患者进行护理,可以降低住院费用,缩短住院时间,提高患者健康意识和医疗服务满意度,促进其早期康复。
Objective： To invcstigate the results of clinical nursing pathway m hepatocareinoma patients with eryoablation therapy. Methods： 56 hepatocarcinoma patients with cryoablation therapy were divided into intervention group（n=31） and control group（n=25）, Intervention group were given clinical nursing pathway while control group received conventional nursing only, and nursing results were compared after intervenation. Results： Average hospitalized time and medical expenditure in intervention group were significantly higher than that of control group, but satisfaction to medication and score on health knowledge were signifieantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） Conclusion： Clinical nursing pathway in hepatocarcinoma patients with cryoablation could significantly reduce medical expenditure and hospitalized time, improve service satisfaction and bealth knowledge mastering and promote early recovery, therefore, it＇s of great importance in clinic nursing.
