摘要
将集团化经营模式引入护理职业教育,构建上海现代护理职业教育集团,依托行业、联合医院,实现工学深度融合。集团以专业建设为纽带,组建东西部贯通、国内外联合的职业教育实体;以行业标准为导向,实践院校一体、工学结合的人才培养模式;以建构主义为理论,深化教学改革,创新高职护理教学模式。集团通过搭建运作平台,实现了优质资源的共享;制定统一标准,提高了护理的教育质量;融入国际护士标准,提升了学生的国际竞争力。集团的实践对推进护理职业教育做大、做强、做优具有极其重大的意义。
With the group running mode introduced into nursing education and with the building of the nursing major as the link, Shanghai Modern Nursing Vocational Education Group featuring nation-wide covering and international cooperation was established to realized the in-depth integration of study and work. And with the occupational standard as the orientation, the talent cultivation mode featuring college-hospital integrity and work-study was adopted. With the constructivism as the theoretical foundation, deeper teaching reform was conducted and the teaching mode was updated. By means of the platform building, unified standard formulating and international standard adopting, the group realized resources sharing, improved the nursing teaching quality and increased students＇ competitivity in the global context. The practice is important for bettering the nursing vocational education.
