摘要
通过对粤东轻工机械装备制造业知识产权的发展现状进行深入的调查,从知识产权创造、管理、保护、战略及创新机制等方面,分析了其存在的问题以及原因;最后从政府层面、产业层面以及企业层面提出了相关的政策性建议。
Based on the in-depth investigation to the present situation and development of the light industry machinery and equipment manufacturing in the east area of Guangdong Province, this article analyzed the problems and reasons for its existence, ranging form IP creation, management, protection, strategic and innovative mechanisms, and eventually made the relevant policy recommendations from the government level, the industry level and the enterprise level.
