摘要
采用差示扫描量热仪和广角X-射线衍射仪研究了3种双向拉伸聚丙烯烟膜专用树脂的热性能、结晶行为。结果表明:F280T的结晶度、晶粒尺寸和结晶活化能明显小于试样1和试样2;在等温结晶条件下,3个试样的总结晶速率常数和总结晶速率随结晶温度的增加而下降,而半结晶时间增加;在研究温度范围内,所有试样的Avrami指数为2~3,且均为非整数;在结晶温度相同时,总结晶速率大小依次为试样1,F280T,试样2。
The thermal properties and crystallization behavior of three kinds of biaxial oriented polypropylene (BOPP) resins for cigarette packaging film were studied by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and wide angle X-ray diffraetometer(WAXD). The results show that the crystallinity, the crystallite size(L110), and the crystallization activation energy of F280T are smaller than those of No.1 and No.2 samples; under isothermal crystallization, the overall crystallization rate constants and overall crystallization rates of the above three samples decrease as crystallization temperature rises, while the half-life of crystallization is extended; the Avrami exponents are basically 2-3 and non-integer for all samples in the range of given crystallization temperature; at the same crystallization temperature, samples ranked in descending order of overall crystallization rate are as follows: sample No.1, F280T and sample No.2.
