油菜菌核病菌对扑海因和菌核净敏感基线的建立及交互抗药性分析 被引量:4

Sensitivity baseline and cross-resistance of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum to iprodione and dimethachlon

摘要 在实验室条件下,对分离自安徽省凤阳、宣城、望江、肥西、旌德、太湖、合肥、蒙城、灵璧和巢湖等10个地区的油菜菌核病菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)对扑海因和菌核净的敏感性进行测定。结果显示,扑海因对各供试菌株的抑制中浓度EC50值分布范围为0.0962—0.4381mg·L^-1,平均为0.2176mg·L^-1;菌核净对各供试菌株的抑制中浓度EC50值分布范围为0.0527—2.2365mg·L^-1,平均为1.0227mg·L^-1,各供试菌株对扑海因和菌核净仍较敏感,但各供试菌株对扑海因和菌核净的敏感程度地区间存在较大差异。扑海因和菌核净对各供试菌株的质量浓度EC50值相关性分析表明,油菜菌核病菌对扑海因和菌核净的抗性或敏感性之间不存在交互作用。 The sensitivities of 50 isolates of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, the causal organism of rapeseed stem rot, isolated from Fengyang,Xuancheng, Wangjiang, Feixi, Jingde, Taihu, Hefei, Mengcheng, Lingbi and Chaohu in Anhui Province to iprodione and dimethachlon were tested in vitro. The results showed that the EC50 values of iprodione to all tested strains ranged from 0. 096 2 to 0. 438 1 mg·L^-1 with the average of 0. 217 6 mg·L^-1 and that of dimethachlon ranged from 0. 052 7 to 2. 236 5 mg·L^-1 with the average of 1. 022 7 mg·L^-1. It suggested that the tested isolates from the 10 localities were still sensitive to iprodione and dimethachlon, but the sensitive level from all localities showed obvious difference. Correlation analysis of the EC50 level of the tested isolates displayed that no cross resistance existed between iprodione and dimethachlon to S. sclerotiorum.
