E型钙依赖粘附蛋白的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 E型钙依赖粘附蛋白（E－cadherin，E－cad）在Ca2+存在的情况下，介导同类细胞间的粘附，在胚胎发育过程及维持上皮细胞极性中起重要作用。E－cad表达及功能障碍可促进上皮性肿瘤的侵袭与转移。血清中可溶性E－cad（sE－cad）可作为一种新的肿瘤标志物。
