摘要
在回顾国内外文献的基础上,提出我国高校教学质量管理中存在的问题主要是管理观念和教学方法、教学质量管理手段和教师队伍等方面,并针对所存在的问题进行了深入分析,提出了相应对策,目的是使我国高等教育质量管理体系更加科学化、规范化。
This paper presents the main problem of teaching quality management in the universities based on the references both at home and abroad. The major problem lies in the management concepts and teaching methods, teaching quality management tools and teachers,etc. We address the problems with deep analysis and propose countermeasures aimed at making China＇s higher education quality management system more scientific and standard.
