摘要
高固体份微支链聚酯树脂是一种新型的具有一定反应能力的增塑剂。是以乙二醇和己二酸为反应主体,通过缩聚合成聚合物,在反应中通过加入发生反应的苯甲酸来调节控制分子量的大小从而达到高固份的要求,同时通过加入支链单体来控制微支链长度。通过实验得出反应物投料比例:26%乙二醇、60%己二酸、5%苯甲酸、5%支链单体和适量回流用溶剂;酯化反应温度为220℃、反应时间为5-小时左右时,能得到90%以上的高固体份微支链聚酯树脂。
High solid - branched - chain polyester resin is a new kind of response capacity of a certain plasticizers. To glycol and adipic acid anhydride is the main reaction, used by condensation of polymers, in the reaction by regulating the accession to the common reaction of benzoic acid to control the size of molecular weight regulation, thereby achieve high solid in the request. By adding Branched -chain monomers in to control the chain length, through experiments that reaction feed rate: 26% ethylene glycol, 60% adipic acid, 5% acid reflux with 5% branched -chain monomers and appropriate solvent, reaction temperature was 220℃; reaction time was five hours, 90% solid in the high, we could achieve under the technical indicators.
