摘要
担截法是临床选穴、配穴的一种特殊方法,如何合理应用目前尚无定论。临症时应以脏腑经络的气机运行特点为依据,肝、心经病变多应左取,脾、肺经病变多应右取,肾经病变多应双取,与之相表里的经脉取其对侧,此正应"合担用法担,合截用法截"之意。
DanJie method was a clinical special points selection and match method.How to reasonable apply to clinical treatment, there was still inclusive.Here based on the operating characteristics of Qi of ZangFu organs and channels and collaterals theory, the disorder in Liver and Heart should choose the left side points, otherwise, the disorder in spleen and Lung should select the fight side points, kidney should choose both sides, and the external and internal related channels should select the offside.These correspond to the theory about DanJie method as double-single acupoint selection.
