还原型谷胱甘肽减轻鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜损伤的临床观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察还原型谷胱甘肽对减轻鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜损伤的作用。方法:2004年6月~2006年5月我科收治的鼻咽癌患者70例,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组36例放疗同时加用还原型谷胱甘肽,对照组34例单纯放疗。结果:70例患者全部完成放疗计划,实验组和对照组完全缓解(CR)率分别为75%和79%,部分缓解(PR)率分别为25%和21%。放疗结束时两组患者口腔黏膜反应发生率为100%,实验组严重口腔黏膜反应的发生率显著低于对照组(χ2=13.686,P<0.01)。同时实验组口腔黏膜反应发生的耐受剂量高于对照组。结论:还原型谷胱甘肽可以减轻鼻咽癌患者的放射性口腔黏膜损伤。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of reduced glutathione (GSH) in the oral mucosa radiation injury of nasoph- aryngeal carcinoma. Methods: From June 2004 to May 2006, 70 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups. 36 cases of the treatment group were treated with radiotherapy combined with GSH, 34 cases of the control group were treated with radiotherapy. Results: Complete response and partial response rate in the treatment group were 75%, 25%. In control group, they were 79%, 21%. The incidence rate of oral mucosa injury was 100%, but the probability of the severe oral mueosa radiation injury in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (X2= 13.686, P〈0.01). At the same time, the radiation tolerance dose of oral mucosa injury in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: The GSH has a protective effect on the oral mucosa injury induced by irradiation.
