摘要
腹壁疝是腹部外科最重要的疾病之一，腹壁疝的发病根据美国卫生统计中心（National Center For Health Statistics）统计，美国大约有500万人有腹壁疝，2003年美国有36万人做了腹壁疝修补术，其中10．5万人是切口疝。据保守估计，我国每年新发患者为200～400万，75岁以上老年男性的发病率为44％。
