摘要
为回收利用普通准二级压缩热泵系统中补气回路的有用能,提出了准二级压缩-喷射热泵系统。文中对其设计方法进行了介绍,搭建了蒸发温度-20℃样机实验台。测试结果表明,在保证制热量的情况下,能效比较普通补气系统增加3%—5%,设计方法能为其他工质、其他容量的涡旋压缩机准二级压缩-喷射复合热泵系统的设计提供参考。
In order to recover the available energy in the supplementary circuit of the quasi two-stage compression heat pump system, a quasi two-stage compression heat pump system coupled with ejector was brought forward, and the design method of which was presented and experimental setup was established with the evaporation temperature of - 20 ℃. The results demonstrate that the heating energy efficiency ratio (EER) of the heat pump system with ejector can be 3% -5% higher than that without ejector while the heating capacity keeps nearly constant. The design method is helpful to design quasi two-stage heat pump coupled with ejector for different working fluids or other capacity compressors.
