脂联素受体1基因多态性与多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗的相关性 被引量:7

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期妇女常见的内分泌及生殖功能障碍性疾病,胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)是其重要特征。PCOS远期易发生2型糖尿病、心血管疾病等内科疾病,因2型糖尿病和PCOS均存在IR,所以两者可能存在相同的遗传基础。脂联素是脂肪细胞分泌的一种脂肪细胞因子,具有抗炎、抗糖尿病、抗动脉粥样硬化和增敏胰岛素的作用。
