摘要
以对叔丁基苯酚和甲醛为原料,分别对对叔丁基杯[4]及杯[6]芳烃的合成和萃取性质进行了研究。结果表明,在本研究范围内,以KOH为催化剂,对叔丁基杯[6]芳烃的最高产率为77.8%;以NaOH为催化剂,对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃的最高产率为47.3%。对于对叔丁基杯[4]和杯[6]芳烃,最佳的反应回流温度都为140℃。对叔丁基杯[6]芳烃对模拟废水中的铜离子具有一定的萃取效果,最高萃取率为70.3%。
This article describes the synthesis and extraction calix[6]arene. These compounds have been synthesized hy reacting properties of p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene and p-tert-butyltert-butyl phenol and formaldehyde. The results show that the highest yield of p-tert-butylcalix [6]4rene with potassium hydroxide as a catalyst is 77.8%,and that of p-tert-butylcalix [4]arene is 47.3% with sodium hydroxide as a catalyst. The optimum return temperature is 140℃for both of p-tert-butylcalix [4]arene and p-tert-butylcalix [6]arene synthesis. It has been inferred that p-tert-butylcalix[6]arene have some extraction behavior toward Cu2+ and the highest extraction rate is 70.3%.
