参松养心胶囊对糖尿病患者心率变异性的影响 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨参松养心胶囊对糖尿病患者心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法将98例2型糖尿病合并自主神经病变的患者随机分为2组:治疗组52例,在糖尿病治疗的基础上加服参松养心胶囊,对照组46例,加用地奥心血康进行治疗。治疗前及治疗1个月后进行HRV测定。结果治疗组各时域分析指标均较对照组明显提高(P均<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊能显著改善糖尿病合并自主神经病变患者的HRV,提高自主神经对心脏的调节能力,改善预后。
