摘要
大城市边缘区是城乡和谐发展的前沿,其特殊的区位、资源优势适应了农业观光休闲产业发展的要求,该区域农业观光休闲产业发展迅速。本文从经济地理学视角出发,探讨大城市边缘区农业观光休闲产业发展的动力机制。研究认为大城市边缘区农业观光休闲产业发展的动力机制包括初级动力、二级动力、调节与刺激动力。城市居民去城市边缘区旅游观光的意愿、农民和城市下岗职工的从业意愿,由此而产生的经济效益促进了劳动力、资金、技术等生产要素向农业观光休闲产业流动,是产业发展的初级动力;比较效益驱动、消费者消费水平的提高和消费理念的改变是产业发展的二级动力;政策也是导致农业观光休闲产业在大城市边缘区集聚的重要因素,是该产业发展的调节与刺激动力。
Urban fringes are forefront of the harmonious development of urban and rural areas. Agricultural tourism and leisure industry in this area has developed rapidly because of adaptation of unique location, resources and strengths to the development. This paper discuss on development dynamic mechanism of agricultural tourism and leisure industry in urban fringes based on economic geography. Dynamic mechanisms of the industry include the primary power, secondary power, regulation and stimulate motivation. Tourism will of urban dwellers to the urban fringe, engaged wills of farmers and urban laid-off workers and the resulting mobility of labor, capital, technology and other production factors to agricultural tourism and leisure industry are the primary driving force of industrial development. Comparative benefit-driven, changes in consumer attitudes are the secondary power. Policy also contributed to the agricultural tourism and leisure industry in the urban fringe gathering and is regulation and stimulates motivation.
