摘要
目的:探讨举宫杯在腹腔镜全子宫切除术中的应用价值。方法:将2009年1月至5月我科施行腹腔镜全子宫切除术的80例患者分为两组,I组用举宫杯辅助手术,Ⅱ组用简易举宫器,对比分析两组手术时间、手术难度、术中出血及术后并发症等情况。结果:所有病例均成功完成腹腔镜手术,无一例中转开腹,I组总手术时间和下推膀胱的时间明显短于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),术中出血I组明显少于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),且手术难度下降,并发症少。结论:举宫杯用于腹腔镜全子宫切除术安全有效,具有明显的优势。
Objective：To investigate the application value of uterus lifting cup in laparoscopically total hysterectomy （LTH）. Methods ： Eighty patients who underwent LTH in our hospital from Jan. 2009 to May 2009 were divided into two groups, group Ⅰ used uterus lifting cup during operations and group Ⅱ used simple uterus lifting device. The clinical data including operating time, operative difficulty,blood loss and postoperative complications of the 2 groups were compared. Results：LTH was completed without conversion to open surgery in all cases. The total operating time and the time of separating bladder from cervix in group Ⅰ were significantly shorter than that in group Ⅱ （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the blood loss in group Ⅰ was less than that in group Ⅱ （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the operative difficulty was lower in group Ⅰ with less complications. Conclusions ： Application of uterus lifting cup in LTH is safe and effective with obvious superiority.
