摘要
根据连杆锻模上模的尺寸精度和表面质量要求,进行了数控加工工艺分析;基于MasterCAM软件,介绍了该零件的典型实体造型思路、编程设计、软件模拟加工以及后置处理,并生成数控程序代码,最终完成零件的加工。
According to the requirements of dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the upper die of forging die for connecting rod, a CNC machining process analysis is conducted. Based on MasterCAM software, the idea of a typical solid modeling about the part, programming design, software verification and post-processing are introduced,then CNC Code is generatod,and the working is completed machining finally.
