摘要
针对公路网的不断完善和小车保有量急剧增加的现状,为减少和减轻小车追尾大型货车所造成的恶性事故,对大型货车后下部防护装置安装使用现状及相应法律法规的实施情况进行了调查和分析。其结果表明应用现状普遍较差,现有防护装置无论在防止钻入或吸收碰撞能量方面都存在问题。在此基础上提出了研究、改进后下部防护装置的主要思路和四项具体措施。
While there are continuous improvements of highway net and dramatic increases in car fleet, in order to reduce and mitigate serious accidents caused by car rear-ended large truck, the article had investigated and analyzed the installation of underrun guard and the implementation of con＇esponding law. The results indicated that application is generally poor, and there are some problems in whether preventing drilling or absorbing collision energy. On this basis, it made the main idea and four specific actions of researching and improving underrun guard.
