摘要
对HPGeγ谱仪探测效率在39.52-1 408 keV能区进行分段多项式拟合及整个区域一次拟合,并对两种拟合方式进行了比较。结果表明:在实验能区内,整体一次多项式拟合的计算相对简单,但分段拟合获得数据更为准确。用两种拟合函数对标准源及样品的活度进行分析,分段拟合方式的结果优于整体一次多项式拟合。
The energy peak efficiency of HPGe gamma-ray spectrometer was obtained by he piecewise polynomial fitting and the full-energy polynomial fitting in the 39.52~1 408 keV energy range,and the two types of curves fitting were compared with each other.It was shown that although calculating process of the full-energy polynomial fitting was easier,dates acquired from the piecewise polynomial fitting was more accurate.Besides,the activity of standard sources and samples were analyzed by two kinds of curves fitting,the fitting results of the later was superior to the former.
