摘要
结合可视化技术,研究了聚丙烯腈纤维碱性部分水解时的水解温度和时间对纤维形态和性能的影响。确定了水解温度100℃、水解时间6 h为最佳的水解条件,制得的2种含羧基的弱酸性离子交换纤维具有高交换容量,其中干态纤维交换容量为3.87 mmol/g,湿态纤维交换容量为5.99 mmol/g。
By means of infrared spectroscopy and visualization technology,the influences of temperature and time of the interface hydrolysis transforming-C_2N into-COONa of polyacrylonitrile fiber on the morphology and the properties of the fiber were studied.The optimum hydrolytic conditions were hydrolytic temperature 100℃and hydrolytic time 6 h.Two kinds of weak acid ion-exchange fiber with carboxyl were obtained where exchange capacity of the dry fiber was 3.87 mmol/g and that of the wet fiber was 5.99 mmoL/g.
