摘要
高校专业课程考核的弊端主要体现在:对考核的手段和目的认识存在误区、考核形式单一、内容不合理、学籍管理不科学等。主要根源在于:课程考核管理体制僵化呆板、教师及管理部门缺乏创新勇气和信心,对考核改革动力不足。为此,提出了转变教育教学观念,实施多元化考核方式、深化课程体系、制定激励政策、调整学籍管理以及完善改革措施评价与信息反馈机制、构建课程考核质量监控体系。
The essay tries to survey such disadvantages of college major courses assessment as misconception of assessing techniques and purposes, rigid evaluation form. unreasonable contents and unscientific enrolment management, etc., mainly arising from current rigid and inflexible management, lack of innovation, confidence, and reform momentum in faculty and departments involved. The author, thus suggests measures be taken to renovate instructional conceptions, implement diverse assessment methods, deepen the reform of curricula system, establish incentive policies, and adjust student status management, in order to improve evaluation and information feedback mechanism, and construct quality monitoring system of course assessment.
