摘要
目的评价上海市普陀区传染病网络直报工作质量,进一步提高网络直报质量,完善疫情报告系统。方法从国家疾病监测信息系统导出疫情数据并进行评价。结果对2006-2008年网络直报信息质量进行综合分析,报告及审核及时率逐年提高,2008年报告及时率达100%,审核及时率达99.84%,审核时间逐年缩短;报告准确性连续3年无明显改变,主要是性别和诊断日期的填写存在不一致;14岁以下卡片家长姓名填写率低。结论近年来普陀区传染病信息报告管理工作取得较大进展,但报告规范性等方面仍存在不足,需要进一步改进。
Objective By evaluating the direct network reporting of infectious disease in Putuo district to increase the reporting quality and improve the reporting system. Methods The analysis was conducted on the epidemic data obtained from national disease reporting information system. Results The timeliness of reporting and verifying improved by years from 2006 to 2008. The timeliness rates of reporting and verifying were 100% and 99.84% in 2008. But the accuracy of reporting hadn＇t been improved so much, mainly on the card filling of case＇s sex and diagnosis date. The filling rate for parents＇ name of children under 14 years old was relatively low. Conclusion Great progress has been made in the direct network reporting on infectious diseases in recent years, but more attention should be paid to the standardization of the reporting.
