摘要
广州大学城位于广州市东南部番禺小谷围岛,面积18km2。广州大学城建设了总长1100km的地下管线,采用了区域供冷、集中供热、综合管沟、分质供水等高新技术,是全国一流的管网设施。本文阐述了大学城管线的管材、设计与施工特点,介绍了竣工测量项目中测量、物探、计算机的关键技术,保证工程质量的多种措施,探索了综合型、特大型管线竣工测量工程质量管理与信息管理的新思路。
Guangzhou University Town is located on Xiaoguwei Island, Panyu District in the southeast of Guangzhon, and it covers 18 square kilometers. There is up to 1100 kilometers in total length of pipeline, and new advanced technologies are applied in Guangzhou university town construction including district cooling system, central heating, comprehensive piping system, classified water supply etc. These advanced underground utilities are first-class in our country. These characteristics of pipeline materials, design and construction is introduced. The applied new technique of including survey, geophysical exploration and computer in finish construction survey item is elaborated. Some measures of project quality assurance are expanded. A direction to conduct quality management and data management in construction, especially, large construction is point out.
