摘要
目的探讨带蒂桡骨茎突骨瓣移植及可吸收钉治疗腕舟骨骨折不愈合的方法及治疗效果。方法回顾分析2005年9月-2009年4月间带蒂桡骨茎突骨瓣植入及可吸收钉内固定治疗腕舟骨骨折不愈合11例患者临床资料。结果11例均骨性愈合,背伸45°～50°,掌屈55°～60°,手部握力平均提高2级。随访9～16个月,优9例,良1例,可1例,优良率90.9%。结论带血管蒂桡骨茎突骨瓣移植及可吸收钉治疗陈旧性舟骨骨折操作简便,创伤小,疗效好,易于临床推广。
Objective To probe to focus on methods and curative effect concerning grafting of radial styloid process flap with vascular pedicle and absorbable screw internal fixation. Methods Based on the clinic data（ 11 cases） ranging from September 2005 to April 2009, the curative effect are observed. Results All the broken bones knit, backward stretch is within 45° - 50°, range of palm flexure is 55°- 60°, and power of grip raising 2 grades. Within 9 - 16months follow -up visit witnesses 9 excellent cases,1 quite satisfactory case and 1 cured case. The general satisfactory rating is 90. 9%. Conclusion These cases ensure the curative popularity with well - accepted effect, minute wound and easy operation.
