摘要
研究了金针菇多糖对亚铁的螯合作用,探讨了螯合时间、金针菇多糖与亚铁的质量比及亚铁的初始浓度对螯合率的影响等,通过正交试验确定了金针菇多糖螯合亚铁的最佳条件.结果表明:最佳的螯合工艺条件为螯合2h,FVP与Fe(Ⅱ)的比值为5∶1,Fe(Ⅱ)的初始浓度为4mg/mL,此条件下金针菇多糖对亚铁的螯合率为90.54%.
The chelation between Flarnrnulina velutipes polysaccharide (FVP) and ferrous was stud- ied, the effects of chelating time, mass ratios between FVP and Fe ( Ⅱ ) and initial concentration of Fe ( Ⅱ ) on chelation rate were discussed, the optimum chelating conditions were obtained by orthogonal test. The results indicated: the optimum chelating conditions of FVP chelating Fe ( Ⅱ ) was chelating times 2 h, mass ratios between FVP and Fe ( Ⅱ ) 5 : 1 and initial concentrations of Fe ( Ⅱ ) 4 mg/mL.
