摘要
针对装填乙烯氧化合成环氧乙烷银催化剂的管式固定床反应器,建立一维拟均相数学模型。通过模型计算值和工业实际操作数据的比较,证明所建立的一维拟均相数学模型的可靠性。以银催化剂的宏观动力学为基准,运用多目标优化反算出活性校正系数的值,探讨了活性校正系数随时间的变化关系,为今后的实际生产提供一定的理论依据。
The tube-fixed-bed reactor of the ethylene oxide synthesis with YS-6 silver catalyst was simulated with one dimensional pseudo homogenous reactor model, which was proved to be reliable through comparing the calculated values with the industrial actual values. The activity correction coefficient was calculated by multi-objective optimization method on basis of the macroscopic reaction kinetics of silver catalyst. The variations of activity correction coefficients with time was investigated and provided certain theoretic reference for the later operation of producing.
