摘要
工程总承包EPC模式在发达国家建筑行业已被广泛应用,并向着大型化、复杂化、综合化趋势发展。但在我国发展缓慢,还处于起步阶段,市场的实际情况促使建筑企业必须尽快做强做大。结合我国当前EPC模式的发展状况和工程实例,根据新木桶理论,提出我国工程总承包企业要提高国际竞争力,在国际竞争市场上生存和发展,就必须加强联合,减少内耗,通过资源整合、优势互补、达到共赢。
Engineering Procurement Construction（ EPC ）model building industr/es in developed countries has been widely used, and turns to the large scale, the complication, the integrated tendency development. But it is slowly develops in our country and also at the start stage, the actual market situation impels the building enterprise to become strongly and greatly as soon as possible. In this paper, based on the development condition of the current EPC model of our country and a project example, according to the new barrel theory, this paper proposes that if the Project general contract Enterprise in our country want to enhance the international com- petitiveness, existing and developing in the international competition market, we must strengthen the alliances, reduce the internal friction, through the resource integration, complementary advantages to achieve a win-win situation.
