自攻型微螺钉种植体支抗推磨牙向后的临床应用研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:评价自攻型微螺钉种植体作为强支抗推上颌磨牙向远中移动的有效性。方法:选择3例安氏II类,上颌拥挤量5~7mm,采用自攻型微螺钉种植体作为支抗,推磨牙向远中移动的临床病例。通过X线头影测量分析比较矫治前后上颌第一磨牙和中切牙的变化情况。结果:所有病例均达到了预期矫治效果。治疗前后头影测量分析比较上颌第一磨牙和腭平面的夹角(6/ANS-PNS)、上颌第一磨牙牙冠到过翼上颌裂点作眶耳平面的垂线之间的距离(6-coronal/PTV)、上颌第一磨牙根尖到PTV的距离(6-apical/PTV)、上颌第一磨牙釉牙骨质界到PTV的距离(6-CEJ/PTV)等指标有显著统计学意义。治疗过程中种植体均保持了稳定,种植体周围软组织健康。结论:利用自攻型微螺钉种植体作为强支抗推磨牙向远中移动,是不拔牙矫治上颌牙齿前突,解除轻、中度拥挤的有效方法之一,简便、有效且不受患者依从性的影响。 Objective To evaluate the efficiency of the self-drilling micro-implant for maxillary molar distalization. Methods The self-drilling micro-implant for anchorage was used for maxillary molar distalization in three cases of Class II,in which maxillary crowding was 5-7ram.Lateral x-rays were taken at the beginning and end of the movement to record the dental and skeletal changes. Results All patients achieved the desired purpose.The items such as 6/ANS- PNS,6-coronal/P-I-V,6-apical/P-I-V,6-CEJ/PTV were statistically significant.In the course of treatment the implants maintained stably,and soft tissue around implants kept healthy. Conclusion The use of self-tapping micro-screw implant as anchorage for maxillary molar distalization is one of good ways to correct maxillary dental protrusion and moderate crowding,it is simple,effective and not impacted by patient compliance.
