摘要
目的了解甘肃省2岁以下农村儿童喂养现状。方法通过分层随机整群抽样的方法,对甘肃省4市县4747名2岁以下农村儿童的主要养育者进行喂养调查;采用Epidata3.0软件建立数据库,用Excel、SPSS软件对数据进行统计分析。结果甘肃省农村1岁以下儿童母乳喂养率为95.6%,其中4个月内完全母乳喂养率为71.2%,部分母乳喂养中以奶粉为主要的乳类食品;蛋白质类辅食添加频率较低;坚持母乳喂养到2岁的儿童为45.42%。结论甘肃省农村儿童4个月内完全母乳喂养率低于80%;辅食添加的质量有待提高。
Objective To investigate the feeding behaviors of the children under 2 years old in rural Gansu Province. Methods Through stratified random cluster sampling method,a total of 4 747 rural children under 2 years old and their mothers were investigated in 4 areas in Gansu Province. Database was set up by EPI data 3.0 software. All the data were analyzed by Excel,and SPSS11.0. Results The breastfeeding rate in infants was 95.6%; the exclusive breastfeeding rate for the first 4 months was 71.2% in rural Gansu province. Milk powder is the main substitute of human milk. The feeding frequency of complementary foods with high protein was low. The continued breastfeeding rate up to 2 years was 45.42%. Conclusions The exclusive breastfeeding rate for the first 4 months is below 80% in rural Gansu Province. The quality of complementary foods needs to be improved.
