经尿道前列腺切除术中膀胱爆炸3例报告 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨经尿道前列腺切除术中膀胱爆炸的原因及防治。方法对3例经尿道前列腺切除手术中发生膀胱爆炸患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果3例膀胱爆炸患者中,1例发生膀胱2处不规则破裂,予膀胱修补;另2例未发现膀胱破裂。3例患者术后均恢复良好,痊愈出院。结论膀胱爆炸发生突然,以预防为主,术中膀胱引流通畅,冲洗膀胱时尽可能减少空气的混入,排空膀胱内气体后再进行手术操作等措施,可预防膀胱爆炸的发生。
