摘要
对４８例乳腺肿块行彩色多普勒血流显像检查，经手术和病理证实，良性肿块为２１例，恶性肿瘤为２７例。结果显示：恶性肿瘤血流信号检出率为９２％，良性肿块是３３％，恶性肿瘤血流信号检出率明显高于良性肿块（Ｐ＜０．０５）。良恶性肿瘤之间的临界流速值为１２ｃｍ／ｓ。Ｂ型超声辅以彩色多普勒血流显像检查。
Color doppler flow imaging was used to examine the breast mass of 48 patients.It was proved by operation and pathology that 21 cases were benign and 27 cases were malignant. The results show that detection rate of blood flow signal in malignant lesions is 92%,significantly higher than that (33%)in benign masses (P<0 05).The threshold velocity between benign and malignant masses is 12cm/s.It is suggested that two dimensional ultrasonography,combined with color doppler flow imaging,can raise the diagnosis rate of breast carcinoma,especially those smaller than 2cm in diameter.
