摘要
为了改善风电机组并入电网后的系统阻尼特性,可以在风电场附近安装静止无功补偿器(SVC)等无功补偿装置。对SVC而言,不同的控制系统参数设置可能会导致不同的控制效果。提出一种用于改善含风电场电力系统阻尼特性的SVC控制系统参数优化方法。该方法以最大化系统最小阻尼比为目标函数,采用遗传算法对SVC控制系统参数进行优化。算例表明,采用本文优化算法能够使SVC改善含风电场电力系统阻尼特性的作用得到最大发挥。
In order to improve the damping property of the power system connected with constant speed wind turbines,it generally needs to install the var compensation system,such as the static var compensation(SVC),near the wind farm.For the SVC,different control parameters could lead to different control results.Therefore,a method for parameter optimization for SVC control systems was proposed with the target of improving the damping property of the power system connected with wind farms.The objective function of this method was to maximize the minimal system damping ratio, and the genetic approach was used to optimize SVC's control system parameters. As illustrated by the test cases, the proposed approach can maximize the improvement effect of SVC to the damping property of the power system with wind farms.
