摘要
目的观察体外冲击波碎石机碎石并用排石汤治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法选取我院2008年1月至2009年6月共收治的输尿管结石患者496例,根据结石停留部位的不同,不同的体位,治疗能量电压12～14 kv,采用BYS型B超定位水囊式体外冲击波碎石机碎石冲击量1000～3000次不等,碎石后,服用排石汤排石,观察治疗效果。结果总有效率99.40%,治愈率96.98%。碎石后部分患者有不同程度的血尿,可口服安络血、VitK等止血药2～3天后肉眼血尿消失。结论体外冲击波碎石并用排石汤治疗输尿管结石见效快,损伤小,简便,安全,并且有即时止痛的作用。
Objective To observate the clinical efficacy of the lithotripsy extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with Paishi Tang in the treatment for ureteral stones.Methods 496 cases of patients with ureteral stones in our hospital from January 2008 to December were treated,according to the different parts of the stone to stay,different posture,treatment,energy-voltage12￣14kv,with BYS-type B-cystic-type extracorporeal shock wave location the impact of the amount of stone machine crushed stone ranging from 1000￣3000 times,gravel,and then taking Paishi Tang.Results The otal effective rate was 99.40%,and the cure rate was 96.98%.Conclusions Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with Paishi Tang in the treatment of ureteral calculi,it’s a quick,simple,safe and with little damage and an immediate analgesic effect.
