摘要
总结西北黄土区自然环境基本特征和降水资源利用措施,针对天然降水时空分布特征和自然转化方式特点,提出了以人为调整降水自然转化方式类型组合为核心理念、以调整降水资源综合调控利用时间组合比和空间组合比为核心内容的基本理论和数学表达式,同时总结了以该理论为依据、以符合西北黄土区自然环境特征和社会经济特点为特色的降水资源综合调控利用基本方式,并列举相应典型事例证明其可行性。
The paper puts forward basic theories and mathematical expressions of the precipitation transform mode influenced by human and temporal and spatial combination ratios of integrated regulation and utilization of precipitation resources based on summing up the basic characteristics of natural environment and utilization measures of precipitation resources,aiming at the characteristics of temporal and spatial distribution of precipitation and the way of natural conversion in the loess area in northwest China. It summarizes the basic methods of integrated regulation and utilization of precipitation resources by taking the characteristics of natural environment,society and economy of the loess area in northwest China as the distinctive feature based on the theories. Then it cites corresponding typical cases to show its feasibility.
