摘要
为了探讨八段锦锻炼对女大学生身体机能的影响,从浙江科技学院随机抽取女学生100名为研究对象进行15周八段锦锻炼,并测定比较其锻炼前后的体重、体脂、脉搏、肺活量、坐位体前屈及800m跑成绩6项指标。结果表明,女大学生进行八段锦锻炼后各指标均出现明显的变化,说明八段锦锻炼可以减少大学生的体重、体脂,降低脉搏,增大肺活量,提高有氧耐力运动素质和柔韧素质,充分说明八段锦锻炼可提高女大学生的整体身体机能水平。
In order to probe into the influences on the function of body of women undergraduates, 100 women undergraduates from Zhejiang university of science and technology joined a 15-week Baduanjin exercises. The result of 6 indices , before and after the exercise which were weight , fat proposition , sphygmus , vital capacity , sitting and bending forward ,and 800m tests had been taken down. The results showed that after the Baduanjin exercises ,for women un- dergraduates , every index had obviously improved. Through Baduanjin exercises , one can effectively reduce the fat in body ,reduce the sphygmus , enlarge the function of heart and lung , improve the pliability and endurance. All those indicated sufficiently that Baduanjin exercises could improve the quality and function of the whole body for college students.
