摘要
目的研究经直肠超声引导下经直肠穿刺治疗前列腺脓肿的临床价值。方法12例直肠彩超引导下用18GPTC针经直肠穿刺前列腺脓肿,将针尖置于病灶的中心,在超声实时监视下抽尽脓液,用0.5%甲硝唑溶液反复冲洗至脓液清亮后,注入适量抗生素,末次穿刺1个月后复查经直肠彩超。结果12例患者均穿刺成功,10例患者穿刺治疗一次,2例患者穿刺治疗两次。治愈率为100%。结论经直肠超声引导下经直肠穿刺治疗前列腺脓肿具有痛苦小,费用低,操作简单、方便,安全,治愈率高,无明显不良反应和并发症等优点,可作为治疗前列腺脓肿的首选方法。
Objective To study the clinic value of transrectal puncture biopsy guided by ultrasound in the treatment of prostatic abscess.Methods The transrectal puncture guided by ultrasound was performed in 12 cases with prostatic abscess with 18G PTC needle,the needlepoint was parked in the center of the abscess focus,and draw out the pus under the real-time ultrasonic monitoring.Repeated douche with Metronidazole was done until the rine-solution being clean,and the antibiotic was injected into the abscess.The ultrasonography examination was carried out one month after last puncture.Results All of the 12 patients were cured successfully.10 patients were punctured once,and the other 2 patients were punctured twice.All cases were cured one month after the last puncture,the cure rate was 100%.Conclusion The advantages of transrectal puncture biopsy guided by ultrasound in the treatment of prostalic abscess are as follow：little suffering,low cost,convenient in its operation,high cure rate,no significant untoward effect and side effect.This method is the first choice for prostalic abscess.
