摘要
目的：探讨颅脑创伤所致精神障碍。方法：对２７例颅脑创伤所致精神障碍患者的临床资料用前瞻性研究方法进行分析。结果：定位损伤与神经征象之间有一定关系，由于神经功能的缺陷常会产生某种程度上的代偿，从而出现一些类似功能性精神障碍的症状和行为，如乱语症等。结论：需要在临床上与其他精神疾病。
Objective:To study the mental disorder caused by brain injury. Method:This is prospective study following up 27 subjects with brain injury. Results:Neurological complication showed significant correlation with site of injury.Brain dysfunction is commonly followed by compensation that might mimic symptoms of ‘functional psychosis ’ like paraphasia. Conclusion:It is important to differentiate higher cortical neurological signs secondary to brain injury from features of functional psychosis as the two might look alike.
