摘要
文章对改革开放以来山西省的产业结构和就业结构及其相关性问题进行了实证分析,在此基础上对山西省产业政策和就业政策的调整提出自己的建议和思考。
Since reforming and opening-up it has analyzed and confirmed the industrial structure and employment structure of Shanxi Province besides its associated problems, On this basis, the paper puts forward its own proposal and thinking to the industrial policy and employment policy adjustment of Shanxi Province.
