摘要
目的:探讨老年患者的特殊心理表现,实施相应的心理护理。方法:针对老年患者众多不同心理表现,采取有的放矢的对策。结果:通过对老年患者存在自尊心理、怕孤独心理、疑虑心理、反常心理、怀旧心理、执拗心理、多虑心理、依赖心理等心理障碍的分析,采取相应的心理护理措施,从而消除心理障碍。结论:只有针对患者所出现的心理表现采取有的放矢的对策,才能使患者保持心理平静,安心住院,积极配合治疗,早日康复出院。
Objective： To explore the performance of elderly patients with particular psychological, and implement the appropriate psychological care. Methods： Against many different psychological performance in elderly patients to take some countermeasures. Results： Through the analysis of the existence of psychological barriers such as self-esteem, lonely, misgiving, abnormal, nostalgic, obstinate, anxious, and dependant psychologies of elderly patients, to take corresponding measures for psychological care, thereby eliminating the psychological barrier. Conclusion： Only with respect to the mental performance of patients appear to know ourselves and targeted measures in order to enable patients to maintain mental calm, peace of mind hospitalization, actively cooperate with the treatment, and then recovery and was discharged as soon as possible.
