摘要
以DELMIA为平台,对船体进行虚拟装配过程仿真研究。干涉分析与仿真验证表明该方法对船体制造与装配有重要借鉴意义,既可以降低装配成本,缩短产品开发周期,又可以改善设计质量。
Using DELMIA as a platform, this essay studies a virtual ship bull assembly process. Through interference analysis and simulation verification, the essay proves that this method bears a lot of relevance to research on issues related to hull manufacturing and assembly as it offers useful experience for reference. Not only can it reduce assembly costs and shorten product development cycles, but it can also improve design quality and enhance the enterprise's competitive edge.
