基于模拟蒸馏技术的航空煤油闭口闪点测定方法 被引量:8

摘要 介绍了直接计算法和间接计算法两种基于色谱模拟蒸馏技术的闭口闪点测定方法。直接计算法利用色谱模拟蒸馏数据的初馏点(IBP)、5%和10%点馏出温度计算航空煤油的闭口闪点;间接计算法借助色谱模拟蒸馏与恩氏蒸馏的关联模型,计算得到恩氏蒸馏馏程数据,再利用恩氏蒸馏10%点馏出温度计算航空煤油样本的闭口闪点。实验结果表明,两种方法均能满足闭口杯法闪点实验测试的要求,利用在线色谱模拟蒸馏分析仪可以实现闭口闪点的在线测试。 Two methods (direct and indirect methods) based on chromatographic simulated distillation for meas-uring closed cup flash point of aviation kerosene are introduced. For the direct method, the closed cup flash point is calculated with temperature data of gas chromatographic simulated distillation at initial boil- ing point (IBP), 5% boiling point and 10% boiling point. For the indirect method, the Engler boiling point distributin data are obtained with a correlation model relating simulated distillation to Engler distillation, and then the closed cup flash point of aviation kerosene is calculated with the temperature at 10% boiling point of Engler distillation. The experimental results show that both methods can meet the require- ment of closed cup flash point measurement. The on-line measurement can be realized by using on-line gas chromatographic simulated distillation analyzer.
