摘要
输电线路的失效率受气象因素影响较大,有必要在线路维修期间的系统风险评估中考虑气象因素对系统可靠性的影响,从而优化维修计划。为此建立了输电线路多年月平均失效统计模型,提出了考虑气象因素基于期望缺供电量指标的输电线路维修风险分析方法,可对不同输电线路维修期内的系统风险水平进行量化计算与比较,可为维修计划的安排提供参考。
The failure rate of transmission lines is significantly affected by meteorological factors, thus it is necessary to consider the impact of meteorological factors on system reliability in the system risk evaluation during transmission line maintenance to optimize maintenance schedule. In this paper the statistical model of monthly average failure of transmission lines for years is built and an expected insufficient power supply index based risk analysis method for transmission line maintenance considering meteorological factors is proposed. Using the proposed method, the system risk levels of different transmission lines during their maintenance can be quantized, calculated and compared for the maintenance task arrangement.
