摘要
针对我国煤矿巷道高效掘进的现状及特点,对煤巷、半煤岩巷及全岩巷3种不同类型的巷道掘进技术及典型掘进设备的性能参数进行了详细介绍;重点分析了我国煤矿主要掘进设备及技术在破岩能力、适应性及可靠性等方面与国外掘进设备存在的差距,指出国产重型掘进设备在设计制造、加工工艺、自动化技术和关键技术等方面还需进一步完善和优化;结合我国煤矿巷道高效掘进技术与装备存在的不足,对其发展趋势作了分析和预测。
According to the present status and the features of the mine roadway high efficient driving in China coal mines, the paper had a detail introduction on the mine roadway driving technology for the full seam, coal mine roadway, half rock mine roadway and rock mine roadway and the performance parameters of the typical driving equipment. The paper stressed the analysis on the gap between the Chinese made mine roadway heading technology and typical heading equipment and the overseas heading equipments in the rock breaking capacity, suitability and reliability. The paper pointed out that the design, manufacturing, processing technique, automation technology and key technology of the domestic heavy heading equipment shall be further improved and optimized. In combination with the disadvantages existed in the high efficient heading technology and equipment for the coal mines in China, the paper has analysed and predcted on the development tendency.
