摘要
为提高煤地下气化废水处理效果,在生化处理工艺中引入水解酸化工艺,以褐煤地下气化废水为例,研究了水解酸度、时间、温度等参数对废水可生化性的影响,比较了有无水解酸化工艺时生物接触氧化对废水综合处理的效果。试验结果表明:煤地下气化废水水解酸化强化处理工艺的最佳条件pH为5~6,水力停留时间HRT为8~10h,温度为20~25℃。在此条件下废水的CODCr质量浓度降低19.7%,BOD5与CODCr质量浓度比值由0.434提高至0.619,显著提高了废水的可生化性。煤气化废水经水解酸化-好氧生物接触氧化工艺处理后,CODCr去除率可达95.64%,出水水质达到二级排放标准。
In order to improve the treatment results of the waste water from underground coal gasification, the hydrolytic acidification technique was applied to the biochemical treatment technique. Taking the waste water from the underground lignite gasification as the example, the paper studied the hydrolytic acidity, time, temperature and other parameters influenced to the intensification function of the waste water biodegradability. Meanwhile, the paper had a comparison on the results of the biological contact oxidization to the waste water comprehensive treatment under the water or non water hydrolytic acidification technique conditions. The test results showed that the optimized technique conditions of the hydrolytic acidification intensified treatment for waste water from the coal gasification were as follows, pH value 5 - 6, hydraulic retention time 8 - 10 h and temperature 20 - 25℃. Under the conditions, CODCr of the waste water would be reduced by 19. 7% , the mass concentration ratio between BOD5 and CODer would be improved from 0. 434 to 0. 619 and thus the biodegradability would be obviously improved. After the treatment of the hydrolytic acidification and the biological contact oxidization technique, the removing rate of the CODCr for the waste water from the coal gasification could be reached to 95.64% and water quality at the outlet could be reached to the second - level of the discharge standard.
