摘要
本文介绍有机灵芝生产需要的质量管理体系、技术工艺,包括品种选择、栽培环境选择、有机栽培工艺、病虫害防治及有机栽培注意事项,分析测定了常规种植与有机栽培的灵芝的有害物质残留量,结果表明有机灵芝的食品安全性高于常规栽培的灵芝。
The organic cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum is described. Measures and technology to assure high produet quality, including cultivars and site selections, as well as organic certification requirements and disease/pest control, are presented. Chemical analysis on organic ganoderma showed that it was free of pesticide residues.
