摘要
目的:设计实施了一套基于HIS、RIS的排队叫号系统。方法:分析就诊、取药、检查各环节的数据流和事务处理过程,在优化门诊流程的基础上,配套开发了与HIS、RIS紧密耦合的排队叫号系统。结果:实现了就诊、取药和检查的排队叫号功能。结论:排队叫号系统的应用,有效解决了患者排长队的问题,减少了患者的等待时间,提高了患者的满意度。
Objective To design and implement a calling & queuing system based on HIS and RIS. Methods The outpatient service process was analyzed. A calling & queuing system tightly-coupled with HIS & RIS was developed based on optimizing the outpatient service process. Results The calling & queuing system was used in treatment, pharmacy and medical check-up. Conclusion The calling & queuing system, reducing the waiting time in outpatient department, satisfies the requirements of the patient.
