Adiponectin in bone metabolism:An update

摘要 体重影响着骨转换和骨密度,体重增加可以降低骨折风险;具有内分泌功能的脂肪组织,其作用日益受到重视,尤其是由脂肪细胞分泌的具有活性作用的脂肪因子,脂联素,对骨的作用备受关注。脂联素与骨代谢关系的研究将为骨质疏松的治疗开辟新的道路。 Body weight impacts both bone turnover and bone mineral density. Weight gain can reduce fracture risk. The role of adipose tissue with endocrine function has been more consistently demonstrated to be important. In particular, adiponectin, one of adipokines secreted by adipocytes, has active role on bone metabolism. An understanding of the association between adiponectin and bone metabolism may open a new way for treatment of osteoporesis.
