摘要
为了研究不同应力比下铸造TC4钛合金疲劳裂纹扩展特性,采用逐级降载法测试铸造TC4疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值ΔKth和疲劳裂纹扩展速率,并分析影响裂纹扩展及门槛值ΔKth的因素.结果表明,应力比R为0.06,0.5,0.7时,其门槛值分别为13.279 3 MN/m3/2,6.368 90 MN/m3/2和4.461 94 MN/m3/2,且裂纹扩展门槛值随应力比的增大而减小,裂纹扩展速率随应力比的增大而加快.
For researching the fatigue crack propagation properties under different stress ratios, the threshold of fatigue crack propagation ΔKth and fatigue crack propagation rate of casting TCA alloys were measured by gradual down load technique as well as their influence factors were analyzed. The results showed that ΔKth values were 13. 279 3 MN/m^3/2, 6. 368 90 MN/m^3/2 and 4. 461 94 MN/m^3/2 when the stress ratios were 0. 06, 0. 5 and 0. 7. ΔKth values decreased with the increasing of stress ratios,but the fatigue crack propagation rate increased.
