摘要
针对可拆卸产品,将回收产品拆解、分类后重新利用,建立可拆解产品混合制造物流网络模型,用来确定各设施的位置、数量以及物流分配。该模型的特点是:多产品、多周期、有能力限制、产品可拆卸为备件、并将供应商考虑在模型之内的混合制造网络模型,将正向物流和逆向物流整合,并考虑运输整合,同时优化正向物流和逆向物流。通过一个算例验证模型的有效性。
An Optimization model for logistics network design in hybrid manufacturing system of the disassemble products is presented in this paper by disassembling, .sorting and reusing recycling products. The hybrid manufacturing system model can be used to determine the sites, numbers and the logistics quantities of various facilities. It is suitable for the multi- products ,multi-periods ,facility with limited capability ,disassemble products. By considering suppliers, integrating forward logistics with reverse logistics and transportation, it can also optimize forward logistics and reverse logistics. Finally, a numerical example is presented to demonstrate the validity of the model.
